Blickling Cottage

Situated just a pebble's throw from the River Bure in Wroxham, the 'Capital of the Broads', Blicking Cottage provides the perfect base to relax and explore the many attractions of the Norfolk Broads National Park and the majestic coastline with breath-taking beaches.

The cottage itself provides a warm welcome with accommodation for up to four guests.  It has a south facing patio with decking area which is perfect for relaxing and watching the ever changing activity and wildlife on the river. The cottage is located on the Peninsula development in Wroxham and offers exclusive rights to fish (with a purchased licence in season) and is only a few minutes walk from the village centre with its many choices of pubs, tea rooms, restaurants and takeaways as well as the famous Roy's department store.  Close by, you will find self-drive day boat hire along with scheduled boat tours on colonial style vessels.  Also available nearby are canoe, kayaking and bike hire.  There is a pleasant nine mile cycle path which runs alongside the Bure Valley Railway to Aylsham or you may wish to take the steam train or a relaxing river cruise.
